Do You Believe In Angels?

Do you believe in angels?

Have you ever been visited by an angel?

Once my second grade teacher, Miss Dark, rushed
toward me as I was sitting relaxed in my classroom
chair. I was in the middle of answering her question.
She grabbed me and pulled me up out of my chair
and shook me violently by the shoulders। Her behavior
scared this shy, little, farm girl, to death.

Right after this trauma I thought I saw, sensed, felt
an angel way up high on the ceiling in the classroom.
Was it my imagination? A dream? A wish? Or was the
golden angel sending me much needed love and
reassurance. Yes, I felt love from this being and
comforted by her presence.

What I experienced was real, but I could not
explain the facts or source of this loving energy.
I forgot about the vague, golden angel on the
ceiling almost as soon as I sensed her. She did
not come back into my conscious mind until I
began to study energy, light and human
consciousness more deeply after I finished
my psychology post doc at Temple Medical School.

As an 8 year old I finally figured out Miss Dark was
furious with me for counting on my fingers. I did
not know using your fingers was not allowed. Fingers
seemed handy and reliable!

I still count on my fingers. And I open heartedly
welcome the golden energy of love from the angels.

You can learn to feel the gold.

My colleague and friend, Elise Kerns, can help you
sense this divine energy.

Here is a win- win. You can feel good about
giving to a worthy cause, The Huntington's
Foundation, while you learn more about angels.

Heart Health and ADHD Drugs

A woman in rabbi school came to my office. She said, “I do not know what life is like without drugs. I have been taking a stimulant since I was a child. Can you help me?”

Can you imagine what your life would be like if you spent 20 years on a stimulant? Can you image what damage the drug for ADHD has done to your heart, nervous system and body? Imagine taking a drug for ADHD for years.

Drugs of any nature are dangerous for children, especially stimulants. Whether you are 7 or 70 there is no doubt about the damage a stimulant can do to your heart.

Children who have behavior problems need discipline, not drugs.

Children with behavior problems need parents who show up and set healthy, safe limits for them to push against. The children need parents who are assertive, relaxed and emotionally strong.

Learn more about the dangers of ADHD and labels by reading Dr. Doris Jeanette’s article on ADHD drugs are bad for children and ADHD and Labels.

Can You Read Body Language?

Did you know that your body movements, your lack of movements, and postures reveal more about you than anything else in the world?

Psychological research shows that 80% of communication between humans is non verbal. Verbal people do not like this but it is true anyway.

The days of psychological tests are gone for people who can read body language.

Art Fennell Reports, a CN8 News Television show, recently used me as an expert on body language for the candidates' wives.

Some body language experts use a set of rigid rules to determine what so and so means. I do not. I use the energy in the moment to know the truths being revealed in the moment.

When you read a photograph of a person you are reading a real moment caught in time. What you see is valid for that moment.

When you read a person in front of a camera you are reading someone who is posing for you.

When you are reading the person you are having dinner with, you are tuning in to what they are feeling about you and about themselves.

The body does not lie. Your body does not have the ability to lie. Even when you try to lie and hide. An aware person can see you are lying and hiding!

This means it pays to know what you are communicating to others. In addition, it is extremely valuable to know what the people around you are really communicating to you.

Do not listen to their words, in love relationships or politics, pay attention to the non verbal communication.

Read the energy and information that is present-- right in front of your face-- if you want to know more and make better decisions.

LEARN TO "HEAR YOUR BODY TALKING": It is impossible to read another person's body until you can read your own body. Start learning how to listen to your body so you can read body language.
"Hear Your Body Talking "CD

"Your Body CD has excellent information. I am so excited about what you are saying, you gave me so many new ideas. I can't wait to put my new awareness into practice." Liz Smith, nurse and body practitioner

Is Dr. Phil “Cool”? Or Does Anxiety Drive the Ego?

Dr. Phil has never been an example of a professional who could honestly help people. One wonders how Oprah could make him famous in the first place. His advice does not empower people or help them believe in themselves.

I wonder how people could be so fooled by him for so long, including Oprah. Her judgment with men appears to be questionable.

The people who have embraced such condescending advice from Dr. Phil all these years must be looking for something besides emotional health, mental health and empowerment!

Dr. Phil is not an example of what I want to see more of in this crazy world. He is not relaxed, open and loving.

People who think they have the answers for others are driven by anxiety. Underneath every single self righteous person is an insecure person.

My heart goes out to a young woman, such as Britney Spears, who is acting out her pain in the limelight for all of us to see. Her insecurity is more obvious to people than Dr. Phil’s.

With more awareness of energy and emotions, you can see the insecurity in people who put themselves up on a pedestal. Look for the body language and tension in the body.

Look and see through people such as Dr. Phil. Anyone who acts like they have the answer and you do not-- is not a healthy model for you.

Do not seek advice from others unless they empower you and help you believe in yourself. ‘

Dr. Phil does not know what is best for you or Britney Spears. Even if Britney Spears does think he is "cool." She has a lot of growing up to do to become emotionally healthy.

Being out of control, such as Britney, is not cool and being in control, such as Dr. Phil, is not cool.

When your ego is gone, your anxiety will diminish.
